Senior Commissioning System / Process Engineer | CPF Project | Istanbul / Basrah

We are hiring for the position of Senior Commissioning System / Process Engineer for a major Oil & Gas Central Processing Facility (CPF) project.

Work Locations

Phase 1 – Engineering Phase

Location: Gurgaon, India + Istanbul, Turkey deputation

Phase 2 – Execution Phase

Location: Basra, Iraq (Project Site)

Project Type: Oil & Gas – Central Processing Facility (CPF)

Methodology: OPERCOM™

Key Requirements:

✔ University Degree in Chemical / Process / Mechanical Engineering

✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Commissioning

✔ Strong CPF project experience preferred

✔ Expert knowledge of OPERCOM™ Methodology

✔ Experience in Systemization and defining System / Sub-system limits on P&IDs

✔ Strong exposure to Commissioning Execution Plan, OTPs, Chemical Cleaning, Leak Testing & Inerting

✔ Proven experience in Start-up activities, RFSU, Dynamic Testing & Performance Testing

✔ Strong knowledge of Punch List Management and Category A clearance before hydrocarbon introduction

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning planning and execution

• OTP preparation and process validation

• Start-up and performance test runs

• Functional safety and process integrity verification

• Final handover support to Operations team
