Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader deeply embedded in the Data Centre ecosystem-someone who brings established relationships with hyperscalers and colocation operators, and who also understands the contractors, integrators, and infrastructure suppliers delivering critical on-the-ground execution.

In this role, you will lead DHL Supply Chain's Data Centre growth agenda across Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline, interpreting complex RFQs, shaping competitive commercial models, and delivering end-to-end solutions across the full value chain.

  • Leverage an established network of hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise data centre owners to originate opportunities, build a strong qualified pipeline, and accelerate deal conversion across APAC.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with key supply-side stakeholders including MEP contractors, IT infrastructure integrators, structured cabling providers, and cooling and power vendors, translating relationships into scalable joint-delivery models with DHL.
  • Lead end-to-end responses to complex RFQs by interpreting technical requirements, defining logistics scope, identifying cost drivers, and mobilising cross-functional SMEs to deliver compelling, commercially sound proposals.
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle, developing robust cost models, validating assumptions with operations and finance, setting margin frameworks, and confidently leading pricing discussions and negotiations with customers.
  • Design integrated, end-to-end supply chain solutions covering inbound logistics for electrical, IT, networking, and mechanical infrastructure, focused on hyperscalers and large-scale data centre operators.
  • Drive strategic pursuits by leading large, complex RFQs, managing contract negotiations through to closure, and ensuring seamless handover to country teams for execution and implementation.
  • Collaborate with regional and country business development and solution design teams to shape growth strategies, while serving as the APAC subject matter expert for data centre logistics.
  • Oversee account performance across the lifecycle, including renewals, profitability management, and continuous improvement of service delivery within the data centre portfolio.
  • Champion knowledge sharing and best practices across the DHL Supply Chain Asia Pacific Technology sector community.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of sales or business development experience with regional or international exposure, including 5-6 years focused on the data centre sector
  • Established, credible network spanning hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprise data centre owners, and key supply-side partners across the ecosystem
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record in complex, solution-based selling and deal structuring
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and transla te them into scalable, end-to-end logistics solutions
  • Proven success leading large, multi-country opportunities and navigating complex deal cycles across APAC
  • Demonstrated industry expertise and seniority, with the ability to articulate deep knowledge of the enterprise computing and data centre sector to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience driving innovative solution design across the data centre value chain, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Self-driven and collaborative, with the ability to work independently while aligning closely with country and regional teams
