Role Overview

The Sr. D&T Analyst - Commercial Capabilities supports the NAR (North America Retail) Sales Reporting platform by integrating multiple data sources to build reporting and analytics solutions for sales teams.

The role acts as a technical business analyst, transla ting business requirements into technical solutions and coordinating with data engineers, BI developers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales reporting and analytics solutions using multiple data sources.

• Manage and enhance NAR Sales Reporting datasets and processes.

• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, BI developers, product managers, and business teams.

• Gather business requirements and convert them into technical documentation and user stories.

• Provide data expertise and consultation for sales analytics use cases.

• Ensure data quality, performance, and responsiveness of reporting solutions.

• Support run, operate, and transformation activities for analytics platforms.

• Create documentation such as:

  • Functional specifications

  • Business process documentation

  • SLAs and support metrics

• Mentor team members and assist in onboarding developers and analysts.
