Job Purpose
Lead territory collections to ensure consistent achievement of SMA-2, NPA, and write-off targets while driving operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive collection strategy and target achievement across the territory
- Lead and monitor team (DCM/CE) performance and agency operations
- Analyze delinquency trends and implement corrective actions
- Oversee legal recovery, fraud control, and stakeholder coordination
- Ensure timely reporting and process adherence
- Support hiring and team development in collaboration with HR
Experience & Skills
- Relevant experience in collections/recovery management
- Strong knowledge of NPA, legal tools, and recovery processes
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong execution focus
- Should have robust knowledge in Debt management
