Job Description

Company Description Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. (AFPL), established in 2009, is one of India's top ten NBFC-MFIs, with a strong focus on serving economically underserved communities. Originating from People's Forum, an NGO that began microfinance initiatives in Odisha in 2005, AFPL has grown into a regulated financial institution registered with the Reserve Bank of India as an NBFC-MFI. The organization provides doorstep, need-based financial services to clients in regions where traditional financial institutions are often absent or find operations unprofitable. Beyond credit access, Annapurna Finance supports entrepreneurship by offering financial and technical assistance to strengthen business skills. The company continuously innovates its products and delivery methods to ensure its micro-credit offerings remain relevant throughout the customer life cycle.

Role Description The Senior Collection Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tezpur, responsible for managing and improving collection activities for AFPL's microfinance portfolio. The role involves regular field visits to clients, monitoring repayment schedules, following up on overdue accounts, and ensuring adherence to company collection processes and regulatory guidelines. The Senior Collection Executive will analyze collection data, prepare reports, and recommend actions to minimize delinquency and credit risk. The role includes coordinating with branch teams, providing guidance on collection strategies, and supporting resolution of customer queries or disputes in a professional and ethical manner. This position also contributes to process improvements and customer education on responsible borrowing and timely repayment.

Qualifications
