Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :
● Own end-to-end operations for a cluster of 20 - 30 dark stores, ensuring seamless execution from inbound to dispatch.
● Drive excellence across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and last-mile dispatch processes with strict adherence to SLAs.
● Own and optimize critical store KPIs - putaway TAT, receiving adherence, picking/packing efficiency, defect rates, damages, shrinkage, and overall cost metrics.
● Ensure high inventory accuracy across stores through strong control mechanisms, audits, and loss-prevention initiatives.
● Drive quality compliance across handling, storage, and dispatch processes while standardizing SOPs across all nodes.
● Lead Store Managers and large ground teams, ensuring manpower alignment across throughput demands and extended-hour store formats.
● Collaborate closely with Central Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to resolve escalations and remove operational bottlenecks.
● Continuously improve throughput, reduce shrinkage and damages, and drive cost efficiencies across the cluster.
● Own operational performance reviews through structured dashboards, governance cadence, and metric-driven accountability.
● Support overall profitability goals by running high-efficiency, cost-conscious, and scalable operations. Are you who we're searching for
● Qualification: Graduation, MBA preferred (Operations/Supply Chain) or equivalent experience
● Experience: 5–8+ years in warehouse/dark store/fulfilment center operations with exposure to multi-site management
● Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations — inbound to dispatch
● Proven experience managing large ground teams across multiple locations
● Hands-on with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven operational reviews
● Strong execution focus with ability to operate in high-volume, high-pressure environments
● Process-oriented mindset with experience enforcing SOPs and driving accountability
● Comfortable managing cost metrics, shrinkage control, and operational P&L levers
● Data-driven, ownership-focused, and built for scale
