Job Description
Oversee daily operations and sales performance for all outlets in the cluster.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies, upselling, and cross-selling.
Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and teams to meet performance standards.
Ensure strict adherence to QSR SOPs for food quality, service speed, hygiene, and safety.
Monitor and control inventory, wastage, and food cost percentages.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits and surprise checks for compliance and operational consistency.
Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions to increase footfall and online orders.
Maintain positive relationships with delivery partners (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) for smooth operations.
Support the launch of new outlets within the cluster.
