Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager / Assistant Regional Business Head to oversee the operations of multiple Apple showrooms across Telangana & Andhrapradesh. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all showrooms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Motivate and lead a team of Sales Associates to deliver outstanding sales performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple showrooms to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the showrooms, ensuring every customer receives personalized attention and support.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Apple products and the ability to convey their features and benefits effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
