Job purpose
We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design and development of integration solutions across healthcare systems such as EHR, LIS, and billing platforms. The role involves providing technical leadership, driving integration architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable data exchange across systems.
Key responsibilities
Role Overview
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Integration Developer.
- Scope: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, high-volume interfaces for data exchange between various healthcare systems, including EHRs, LIS, and billing platforms.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership in the architectural design of integration solutions and mentor/train junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Architecture: Take ownership of the architectural design of integration solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Project Leadership: Lead integration projects from conception to completion, including gathering requirements, creating project plans, and managing timelines and resources.
- Complex Troubleshooting: Act as the final escalation point for complex integration issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution to ensure system stability and data integrity.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement the long-term strategic vision for the integration platform.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices and standards for interface development, documentation, and support.
Mandatory Skill Set
- Integration Engine: Deep understanding of the Infor Cloverleaf Integration Engine - Mandatory.
- Healthcare Integration: Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying complex healthcare integration solutions (e.g., HL7, FHIR) - Mandatory.
- Systems Experience: Experience with various healthcare systems, including EHRs, LIS, and billing platforms - Mandatory.
- Troubleshooting: Expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to ensure system stability and data integrity - Mandatory.
