About the role

We're looking for a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to help secure our cloud-native infrastructure. You'll work alongside engineering and DevOps teams to implement security best practices across our AWS environments, automate controls through IaC, and strengthen the overall security posture of our platform. This is a hands-on role suited for someone passionate about cloud-native security, automation, and modern DevSecOps practices.

What you will do

• Support the implementation of security controls across our AWS infrastructure
• Use Terraform and AWS CDK to manage secure infrastructure as code
• Configure AWS security services - IAM, WAF, Shield, Security Groups, etc.
• Help secure containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., SAST, secrets scanning)
• Write scripts (Python/Bash) to automate security checks and processes
• Collaborate with engineers to identify and remediate vulnerabilities
• Monitor cloud environments for misconfigurations or suspicious activity
• Participate in cloud security reviews, audits, and assessments
• Contribute to incident response and root cause analysis
• Stay updated on emerging cloud security threats, tools, and practices

What you will need

• 4 to 8 years of experience in application or infrastructure security
• Strong hands-on experience in AWS security fundamentals
• Proficient in Terraform and/or AWS CDK for IaC
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) in production environments
• Solid scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD security tooling and vulnerability scanning
• Understanding of OWASP, CIS benchmarks, and common cloud misconfigurations
• Experience with EKS and Kubernetes security practices
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g., RBI Cybersecurity, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, OSCP, etc.)
• Experience in fintech or regulated environments
