Senior Cloud Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud security environments using SIEM tools and dashboards.
• Investigate security threats, indicators of compromise, and suspicious activities.
• Support incident response, containment, recovery, and remediation.
• Conduct threat hunting to identify hidden attacker activity.
• Develop Splunk alerts, security dashboards, reports, and detection rules.
• Create SOPs, incident response plans, and investigation playbooks.
• Improve threat detection and overall cloud security posture.

Requirements

• Experience in cloud security and infrastructure.
• Experience in security analysis and incident response.
• Experience with AWS/GCP security, cloud logs, and EDR/XDR platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, and network security.
• Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and OWASP Top 10.
• Experience with incident response, threat hunting, and security playbooks.
• Familiarity with Splunk and Google Chronicle SIEM.
• Knowledge of Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
