Role Summary:
We are looking for a Hyper-V SME to lead large-scale infrastructure transformation and migration from VMware, AWS, and Azure to a secure Hyper-V environment on IaaS platforms (IBM Cloud/Rackspace).
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy high-availability Hyper-V clusters on IaaS
- Lead cross-platform migrations (VMware, AWS, Azure → Hyper-V)
- Design SDN and micro-segmentation frameworks (Zero Trust)
- Optimize infrastructure performance (MPIO, SR-IOV, NUMA)
- Automate provisioning using PowerShell/Terraform
Required Skills:
- Expert in Hyper-V (2019/2022), SCVMM, Failover Clustering
- Strong experience with AWS EC2, Azure, IBM Cloud Bare Metal
- Migration tools: StarWind V2V, ASR, Veeam, PlateSpin
- Networking: BGP, VXLAN, VLAN, Virtual Switches
- Advanced PowerShell scripting
Good to Have:
- Experience with IBM Cloud infrastructure
- Certifications: Microsoft/VMware/IBM Cloud
- Experience in large-scale cloud or data center migrations
