Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and sustainable cloud environments across AWS and Azure platforms.
Collaborate with software development, analytics, and DevOps teams to support application deployments and infrastructure design.
Manage day-to-day cloud operations, including monitoring, automation, logging, and performance tuning.
Develop and maintain IaC templates and DevSecOps workflows using Azure DevOps, Terraform, or equivalent.
Perform backup, recovery, and DR testing to ensure data integrity and business continuity. - Support incident response and problem resolution for production environments.
Contribute to documentation of best practices, operational runbooks, and cost management practices.
Provide off-hours support for critical systems when needed (with compensatory time off).
You'll need to have:
38 years of experience in cloud or IT infrastructure, with hands-on experience supporting both AWS and Azure platforms.
Working knowledge of networking, identity, security, and storage concepts in cloud environments.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and security services, including: AWS: VPC, EKS/ECS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, KMS, RDS, and Lambda. Azure: App Services, Virtual Machines, SQL Database, Blob Storage, IAM, AKS, Azure Firewall, Policy, Monitor, Key Vault, and Defender.
Proficiency in infrastructure automation, DevSecOps, and infrastructure-as-code using Azure DevOps, Terraform, or equivalent.
Knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (Python or PowerShell preferred). - AWS or Azure certifications (Associate or higher) are a plus.
Preferred Experience
Experience managing multi-cloud environments or migrations.
Prior exposure to the life sciences industry. - Experience with container platforms, serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipelines.
