Senior Cloud Administrator

What You'll Do

The Senior Cloud Administrator will be part of the CCoE Compute Team Pune. As Senior Cloud Administrator, you will manage AWS and On-premise infrastructure for multiple environments. You will actively engage in planning, configuration, management, maintenance, and upgrade of various components related to the Private and Public cloud.

• Work on various activities related to planning, configuration, and management of different versions of Windows server.
• Responsible for migration and upgrade of Windows servers.
• Configure and Participate in Windows Patching and threat mitigation.
• Work on regular operations activities related to Windows server.
• High level log analysis, performance reports, trend analysis, experience with ProcMon, Wireshark etc.
• Audit IT infrastructure and publish report and manage access control.
• Perform root cause analysis for escalated issues and provide resolution.
• Mentor and Train newly joined team members.

What You'll Bring

• BE/B.Tech or higher in CS, IT or EE.
• Windows server administration experience of 3-5+ Years (especially Win 2016/2019 and Win 2022), specifically in AWS cloud will be an added advantage.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft OS Installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, patching etc.
• Good knowledge in IP Addressing, troubleshooting network issues.
• Experienced in day-to-day operational issues and runtime operations in a multi-domain, multi-region environment.
• Basic scripting knowledge on PowerShell and Python.
• Must have hands-on experience of system administration of Windows Server-side infrastructure, SCCM, Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, GPOs etc.
• Understanding concepts of enterprise data center technologies including Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN and Firewalls and how they work together.
• Knowledge of AWS VDI solutions like Workspace and Appstreams.
• Should have good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
