Position Overview
The Senior Sales Manager / Closing Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales conversions, managing high-value client interactions, and ensuring smooth closure of commercial property transactions. This role demands a strong sales background, deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, and exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and property presentations for prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure, including site visits, proposal presentations, negotiation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the sourcing and marketing teams to convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
- Understand client needs, budgets, and business goals to recommend suitable commercial properties.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and coordination with legal and finance teams during closures.
- Stay updated on property market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Represent Brillsworth at business events, exhibitions, and client networking forums.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 612 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, client handling, and deal closure.
- Proven track record in closing high-value commercial property transactions.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of the Navi Mumbai and MMR commercial real estate markets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Professional appearance and client-facing demeanor.
