Senior CLM Consultant / Legal Technology Analyst


Location: Bangalore or Chennai, India (Hybrid Working)
Salary: INR 3,000,000 per annum

The Opportunity


We're partnering with a global organisation undergoing significant transformation across legal operations and enterprise technology. They are looking for a Senior CLM Consultant / Legal Technology Analyst to help modernise legal processes through automation, integration, and intelligent contract lifecycle management solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong CLM platform experience who enjoys combining legal process knowledge with technical delivery, systems integration, and workflow automation.
You'll work closely with legal, compliance, and technology teams to design scalable, data-driven legal technology solutions that improve governance, efficiency, and operational visibility.

The Role


As a Senior CLM Consultant, you'll play a key role in the design, implementation, integration, and optimisation of enterprise legal technology platforms.
The role will involve translating complex legal and compliance requirements into functional and technical solutions while supporting end-to-end delivery across CLM systems, integrations, workflow automation, analytics, and AI-enabled legal operations.
This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone comfortable working across both functional and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain legal technology and CLM solutions across enterprise platforms
  • Translate legal and compliance requirements into Functional and Technical Design Documents (BRD/FDD)
  • Configure and optimise CLM workflows, automation, approvals, and governance processes
  • Integrate CLM platforms with enterprise systems including ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, SailPoint, Aravo, Hub, Glean, and SpendSmart using APIs
  • Support automation initiatives using AI tools, workflow automation, and RPA technologies
  • Participate in SDLC activities including planning, testing, deployment, UAT, and production support
  • Manage legacy data migration, bug tracking, and system enhancement activities
  • Support user administration, security roles, permissions, and platform governance
  • Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, procurement, and technology stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing technical troubleshooting and operational support for legal systems and integrations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across legal operations and reporting capabilities

What you'll do

  • Provide end-to-end technical troubleshooting and support for legal systems and integrations. Monitor systems to ensure reliability.
  • Create and maintain legal technology solutions across Legal platforms and integrated systems. (CLM, etc.)
  • Collaborate with legal stakeholders to translate complex legal language and compliance requirements into technical solutions. Tailor communication to the
  • Create automation and analytics: leverage multiple solutions and AI tools to perform quick data analysis to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Integrate CLM tools with enterprise technology stack; manage data structures, user groups, and security roles.
  • Enhance and understand the user perspective through thoughtful UX/UI design and continuous improvement.
  • Support SDLC and project delivery: participate in planning, testing, and deployment phases under an Agile framework.

Required qualifications & experience

  • Legal domain familiarity: experience working with contracts, compliance, and legal terminology.
  • Modern CLM technology: hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms and related integrations. Ability to understand the full end-to-end capability of a SAAS solution and build automated solutions.
  • Ability to fully understand data structures and how to manipulate them to solve problems and create data-driven solutions.
  • Self-learning: Capable of quicklyunderstanding new technology and solving never seen before problems.
  • Experience working within SDLC guidelines.
  • Technical skills:
    • API design and development
    • Networking, database management, and cloud technologies
    • Security principles and Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Legal workflow design

Nice to have

  • Ironclad experience.
  • Salesforce integration with a CLM tool experience.
  • Experience with RPAs.
