ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior CLM Consultant & Developer, you are the hands-on delivery expert of Virtuos's CLM practice. You have implemented Agiloft across multiple projects — you know the common pitfalls, the elegant solutions, and the patterns that separate a clean implementation from a messy one. You configure independently, you script with confidence, and you design integrations that work reliably in production.

You are the person implementation teams turn to when the configuration problem is hard — and you are the person clients trust when the go-live countdown is running. Your depth of Agiloft knowledge, combined with your understanding of contract management processes across multiple industry verticals, makes you one of the most valuable CLM practitioners in the market.

TECHNICAL PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS

Technology / Platform / Skill Required

Agiloft CLM Configuration: Strong hands-on: Contract Type design, Section layout, Rules Engine (with Action Rules), field formulas, Group/Role permissions, Record Locking, and scheduled workflow automation. Multiple production implementations required.

Agiloft Screens: Functional working knowledge of Agiloft Screens: dynamic form configuration, conditional visibility, and wizard-style multi-step contract processes.

Agiloft BASIC Scripting: Production-quality BASIC scripts: field formulae, action rule scripts, date calculations, conditional logic, and system variable usage. Able to write and debug scripts independently.

Agiloft REST API: Practical experience: CRUD operations, search queries, webhook configuration, and at least one enterprise integration project using the Agiloft API.

Workato Integration: Working knowledge of Workato recipe design for Agiloft integrations. Experience with at least two Agiloft integration recipes in production: e.g., Agiloft ↔ Salesforce, Agiloft ↔ DocuSign.

DocuSign Integration: Agiloft-DocuSign connector configuration: envelope mapping, signer setup, completion webhooks, and testing multi-party signing workflows.

AI/LLM Awareness: Understanding of how LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) are called from integration layers. Ability to contribute to AgenticCLM testing and data validation. Full AI development proficiency not required at this level — but active learning expected.

Data Migration: Experience extracting and importing contract data from legacy sources into Agiloft: data mapping, Agiloft bulk import, validation, and reconciliation.

SQL Basic: Ability to write diagnostic SQL queries against Agiloft's database for troubleshooting and data quality analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Agiloft implementations from technical discovery through go-live: configuration design, scripting, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Design and configure Agiloft contract types, approval workflows, obligation tracking tables, obligation AI configurations, and contract analytics dashboards.
• Write and maintain Agiloft BASIC scripts: field formulae, action rule logic, scheduled actions, and integration scripts.
• Implement Agiloft REST API integrations and Workato recipe configurations: Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, DocuSign.
• Configure the Agiloft-DocuSign integration: envelope mapping, signer workflow, completion event handling, and multi-party signing.
• Execute data migration activities: source data extraction, transformation and mapping, Agiloft bulk import, and data validation.
• Conduct UAT sessions with client business and legal users: demonstrate configurations, log defects, coordinate fixes, re-test.
• Support go-live execution: environment cutover, user access setup, hypercare, and post-live defect resolution.
• Contribute to AgenticCLM testing: validate AI obligation extraction results in Agiloft records, test AI-generated contract quality against acceptance criteria.
• Mentor Implementation Consultants and Analysts on Agiloft configuration standards and best practices.
• Document all implementation work: configuration design documents, BASIC script libraries, integration specs, and admin guides.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

• 5–9 years of CLM implementation experience with a minimum of 4 years on Agiloft specifically — across multiple projects.
• Demonstrated delivery of at least 5 end-to-end Agiloft implementations in production environments.
• Strong Agiloft configuration: Contract Types, Rules Engine, Sections, Group/Role permissions, scheduled automations.
• Production-quality Agiloft BASIC scripting.
• Agiloft REST API: at least one enterprise integration project in production.
• Workato or comparable iPaaS: recipe design and debugging for Agiloft integrations.
• DocuSign integration: Agiloft native connector configuration experience.
• B.Tech / B.E. in CS / IT / Engineering preferred.

• Agiloft Certified Consultant.
• Experience across multiple Agiloft modules: Procurement, Customer, Employment, FinTech, or Real Estate contract types.
• Agiloft Screens experience.
• AI/LLM API awareness; interest in AgenticCLM development.
