Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end counselling to patients regarding treatment processes, procedures, timelines, and costs.
- Explain treatment plans, investigations, and packages clearly to patients and their families.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and objections with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Support conversion of consultations into treatment plans through effective counselling.
- Maintain accurate patient records and counselling notes in the CRM/HMS system.
- Handle follow-ups with patients to ensure continuity of care and treatment adherence.
- Mentor junior counsellors and support team alignment where required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and ethical standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Healthcare, Psychology, Social Work, or Life Sciences).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
- Good documentation and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in IVF / healthcare counselling preferred.
Experience:
- 36 years of experience in patient counselling, preferably in IVF or hospital setup.
