Responsibilities:

  • Review and Validate AI generated clinical summary of Clients Demographics, Medical History, Test Results and Treatment Plans as per the medical and compliance standards
  • Refine the clinical context to ensure that AI-generated information aligns with patient data and treatment notes.
  • Review & Validate all Consult Notes, Diagnostic Reports, Laboratory Reports & any other documents uploaded by Client.
  • Should be able to read & apply all information found in consult notes like Chief Complaint, Diagnosis, Past History, Treatment plan, Vitals, Medication, investigations, diagnostics test, diet plan, lifestyle advice.
  • Should be able to read & interpret handwritten/printed consultation notes/ prescription or any other documents uploaded by Client.
  • Adequate knowledge of clinical terminologies, tests, codes etc.
  • Provide timely training/orientation on various clinical terminologies to other departmental staff.
  • Maintain consistency in clinical terminologies (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC) within AI-generated summaries.
  • Work collaboratively with Records Management to understand the work flows ensuring holistic data of the client is incorporated
  • Participate in testing and training AI models by annotating data and reviewing algorithm-generated outputs of the Medical Summary.
  • Proof read and rectify errors of all documents uploaded from different sources
  • Evaluate, check & update missing data from the uploaded documents for further processing
  • Perform document quality checks adhering to confidentiality policies at all times
  • Provide feedback to Associate Manager - Clinical AI Summary on model accuracy, potential risks, and areas for improvement on the output
  • Log all work in the database tracking system.
  • Interact and work with the Team Leader regarding problem-solving and understanding the process.
  • Prioritize workloads to ensure expedited cases are processed within defined timelines
  • Follow SOPs and maintain departmental KRAs & KPIs along with service standards
  • Maintain accurate data for MIS, records and document client service actions and discussions
  • Execute any other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in MBBS/ BAMS is mandatory
  • Knowledge of SnoMed/LOINC/ICD. Certification(Good to have)
  • Should be computer literate and have good organizational skills
  • Overall 4 to 5 years of experience out of which 2 to 3 must be as a Medical / Clinical Data Reviewer Executive in Hospital/Healthcare Organization, Records Management, KPO/BPOs
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in hospital, clinic managing Medical Records or Document Management System
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi
  • Awareness of healthcare industry's latest technology trends and applications in Medical Records / Clinical Data and Document Management
