This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Clinic Manager. The Senior Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, manage clinic staff, and ensure a superior patient experience. Responsibilities include managing budgets, maintaining service quality, coordinating with medical professionals, and implementing training programs for staff. The individual will also act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless clinic operations while supporting the team in achieving goals and upholding organizational standards.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure exceptional patient experiences and effective coordination with staff and clients.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to oversee clinic finances and optimize resource allocation.
• Familiarity with medical or healthcare practices and the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Experience in managing and implementing staff Training programs for professional development and maintaining high performance standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in clinic or healthcare management is highly desirable.
