This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Senior Client Servicing Manager. The Senior Client Servicing Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. The role includes managing client relationships, coordinating project deliverables, overseeing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the alignment of client objectives with the company's services. The position also requires providing strategic insights during planning stages, addressing client concerns, and aiming for high-quality delivery of campaigns and experiences.

• Expertise in Client Services and Client Relations to manage diverse accounts and foster strong client partnerships effectively
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and ensure successful delivery of deliverables
• Strong Communication skills to maintain clear, professional, and responsive interactions with clients and internal teams
• Proven ability to execute complex projects and work collaboratively with a team
• Prior experience in the alco-bev, marketing, or branding industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
