About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional with 56 years of experience in client servicing and event operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling clients independently, planning and executing events, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple client accounts independently, overseeing the complete project lifecycle from brief to execution
  • Build and nurture long-term client partnerships through strategic communication, trust, and proactive relationship management.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable event plans.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute events and brand activations across locations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage event budgets and costings effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Travel to event locations and client meetings as and when required.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to their needs.
  • Handle vendor negotiations and procurement and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain detailed reports and documentation for each project using Excel and other tools.

Requirements

  • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in client servicing and event management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Strong understanding of event planning, budgeting, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation creation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for events and meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Experience in managing vendors and multi-city event coordination is a plus.
