Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Services Manager based in Pune. The Senior Client Services Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive services that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, addressing client concerns, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing client feedback, and developing strategies to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in Client Services and Customer Satisfaction management
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal creative, strategy, and execution teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective advertising and communication briefs.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns while maintaining quality and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams to drive seamless execution across platforms and touchpoints.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling services, and strengthening long-term client partnerships.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to address challenges and optimize processes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Proven experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in branding, marketing, or consultancy is a plus
