Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Client Relationship Manager role based in Surat. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will oversee and nurture long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all real estate needs. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable commercial and residential property options, coordinating site visits, and guiding clients through the leasing or transaction process. The role involves collaborating with internal teams for market research, pricing, and property positioning, as well as preparing proposals, reports, and presentations. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will also monitor client satisfaction, manage renewals and repeat business, support negotiation and deal closure, and represent Rewa Realtors at client meetings and local industry events.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Solid experience in sales, business development, and deal negotiation, preferably within the real estate or related services sector.
- Ability to conduct and interpret market research, analyze property data, and provide insights on location, pricing, and investment potential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
- Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients, properties, and transactions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with commercial and residential real estate processes, documentation, and local market dynamics in Surat or similar markets.
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to use CRM or property management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in real estate or client management are an advantage.
