Role Description

• Face-to-Face Client Interaction: Meet clients personally to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations.
• Business Understanding: Translate client requirements into clear business inputs for internal teams.
• Sales & Conversion: Present company offerings, explain benefits, and convince clients to opt for our services.
• Portfolio Handling: Manage and nurture an allocated portfolio of clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
• HNI Client Management: Provide premium service experience to high-value clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Follow-ups & Negotiations: Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, especially in insurance and financial products.
• Reporting: Maintain daily reports on client meetings, conversions, and progress.

Qualifications

Background in Sales (mandatory)

Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or BFSI sector (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to convince and handle client objections

Experience managing HNI or premium clients

Presentable personality & confidence in face-to-face interactions
