The organization works with 50+ global technology alliances and has strong in‑house engineering and delivery capabilities.

Role Purpose

Own new enterprise client acquisition and account growth for a portfolio of digital IT solutions. This is a hunter‑led enterprise sales role with CXO‑level ownership, focused on opening new logos and scaling strategic accounts across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and acquire new enterprise customers in sectors such as BFSI, Manufacturing (including Pharma), Healthcare, Energy & Utilities, Airports and large enterprises.
  • Sell a portfolio of enterprise software and services, including:
  • ITSM / ITAM / EPM solutions (IT service management, asset management, endpoint / patch management)
  • IT infrastructure monitoring / observability solutions (network, server, infra visibility)
  • Infra, Cloud & Security solutions
  • Asset inspection solutions & project management dashboards
  • Customer Experience / Contact Center solutions (CCaaS, omnichannel, support platforms)
  • BPM / workflow / automation solutions
  • AI‑led solutions attached to the above (desirable)
  • Own the end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal and business case preparation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and nurture strong CXO and senior stakeholder relationships (CIO, CTO, CISO, Heads of IT / Operations / Customer Experience).
  • Achieve and exceed annual new‑business and margin targets, with responsibility for ₹1 Cr+ new business annually (largely non‑renewals).
  • Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies for key clients, driving upsell and cross‑sell across the solution portfolio.
  • Work closely with pre‑sales, solution architects, delivery and OEM/partner teams to shape winning solutions and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Maintain a structured, accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM, and provide regular management updates.

Candidate Profile

  • 10–18 years of experience in the IT industry, with minimum 5 years in enterprise IT/software solution sales.
  • Proven hunter with a track record of new logo acquisition and ₹1 Cr+ new business per year, in addition to account farming.
  • Hands‑on experience selling at least 3–4 of the following:
  • ITSM / ITAM / endpoint or patch management solutions
  • Network / server / infrastructure monitoring or observability tools
  • Cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions
  • Contact center / CX platforms, CCaaS or omnichannel solutions
  • BPM / workflow / automation platforms
  • SaaS / platform solutions with attached managed services (NOC/SOC/ITSM)
  • Strong solution/consultative selling and account mapping skills in complex enterprise environments.
  • Comfortable working with global OEM and partner ecosystems (e.g., leading cloud, ITSM, monitoring, and security vendors).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities; capable of engaging CXO‑level stakeholders.
  • Graduate in business/engineering; MBA preferred. ITIL or relevant solution certifications are an advantage.
