Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Client Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Senior Client Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and providing outstanding customer service. The role involves understanding client needs, advising on products, managing inquiries effectively, and delivering a luxurious and personalized shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in handling luxury clientele is a plus
• Proficiency in understanding client needs and offering luxury product recommendations
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in a high-end retail setting
• Prior experience in luxury retail or jewelry industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
