Senior Client Account Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Senior Client Account Manager. The Senior Client Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery across various projects. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, handling communication efficiently, monitoring project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with client expectations. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand account growth through up-selling or cross-selling relevant agency services.

• Proven experience in client account management, customer relationship management, and team coordination
• Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, content marketing, and eCommerce
• Familiarity with website design, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or web development workflows
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capability to grow accounts by aligning client needs with agency services
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM platforms, project management software, and Microsoft Office
