Description
The Senior Clerk cum Typist will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and files in an organized manner.
- Prepare and type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary materials are available.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
