Qualification: Bachelors or Master's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
- To execute structural engineering design and analysis for onshore oil & gas facilities, ensuring safety, integrity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in all stages of project development: Concept, Basic, FEED, Detail Design, and Commissioning until final handover.
- Conduct and review structural analysis, G.A. drawings, foundation designs, and support calculations using STAAD. Pro and other tools.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards including IBC, AISC, OSHA, and oil & gas-specific design norms.
- Interface with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design and smooth coordination.
- Support procurement through preparation/review of structural specifications and bid evaluations.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and structural integrity assessments.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and designers.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and client-facing technical discussions.
- Proactively suggest design optimizations and cost-effective solutions for facility structures.
- Coordinate and review deliverables from consultants and subcontractors.
- Ready and available for short-term assignments in the US or Europe as per project needs.
