Senior Civil Site Engineer

Job Description Senior Civil Engineer (Chennai)

Manage and execute multiple sports infrastructure projects across Tamil Nadu

Oversee site execution, planning, and monitoring of civil works as per drawings and specifications

Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery

Handle day-to-day site activities, quality control, and safety compliance

Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams

Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards

Conduct regular site visits and intercity travel as required for multiple project locations

Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, work schedules, and progress reports

Monitor material procurement, usage, and inventory at sites

Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical solutions

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety norms, and company standards

Maintain proper documentation and reporting to management

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

58+ years of relevant experience (sports infra / commercial / large-scale projects preferred)

Strong team handling and coordination skills

Willingness to travel frequently across project locations

Two-wheeler (bike) mandatory with valid driving license

Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu
