Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer based in Ahmedabad (Near Thol location). The Sr. Engineer - Civil will manage and supervise civil construction activities, ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines for real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil works including RCC, finishing, and external works.
• Ensure construction as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants.
• Monitor site progress and productivity.
• Ensure safety compliance at site.
• Prepare measurements, bills, and progress reports.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Experience:

6 - 10 years of civil execution experience in residential or mixed-use real estate projects, with mandatory experience in weekend villa projects.

Skills:

• Strong civil construction knowledge.
• Quality and safety management.
• Team co-ordination.
• Problem-solving skills.

Education:

B.E. Civil / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
