Are you a seasoned engineer who thrives where architectural elegance meets structural integrity We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to spearhead the execution of high-stakes, luxury high-rise residential developments in Bangalore's most prestigious neighborhoods.

This isn't just about pouring concrete; it's about orchestrating a symphony of premium finishes, complex structural demands, and high-end design. If you have a track record of delivering B+G+10 (and above) configurations and can navigate a multilingual site as easily as you navigate AutoCAD, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As the lead on-site authority, you will ensure that luxury is reflected in every joint, beam, and finish. Your core duties include:

• Project Leadership: Drive the end-to-end civil construction of luxury towers, ensuring every milestone is met without compromising on the premium promise.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the central nervous system between architects, structural/MEP consultants, interior designers, and elite clientele.
• Technical Oversight: Review and refine technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp, ensuring site execution aligns perfectly with the vision.
• Quality & Safety Guarding: Enforce rigorous safety protocols and uncompromising quality standards that exceed regulatory requirements.
• Vendor & Procurement Management: Oversee the supply chain, liaising with high-end vendors and contractors to keep timelines sharp and materials top-tier.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential site bottlenecks before they become disruptions, implementing proactive engineering solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous project records, budget tracking, and progress reports for executive review.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a technical powerhouse who can lead people as effectively as they read blueprints.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree is a significant plus).
• Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience, specifically in the luxury residential sector.
• Proven Track Record: You must have successfully delivered at least three premium apartment projects with a minimum B+G+10 floor configuration.
• Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
• Linguistic Versatility: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential. You need to communicate as effectively with local labor as you do with international consultants.
• Leadership Persona: Strong interpersonal skills with the grit to manage site teams and the grace to manage high-profile stakeholders.
