Designation :- Senior Civil Engineer - Mivan Projects
Experience :- Minimum 4 to 8 Years of experience as Civil Engineer from Mivan or Aluform projects.
(Note:- Candidate Only From Pune Location).
Job Description :-
- Collaborate with the project manager to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and identification of critical paths.
- Maintain documentation of all project related activities including specifications, drawings, approvals, and communications.
- Independent to handle the building w.r.t execution, safety, quality, micro planning, possession etc.
- Having good knowledge of high-rise residential building of Aluform (Mivan) and Conventional Shuttering, AutoCAD, MS Office, ERP etc.
- Coordinate with internal project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
- Good understanding of construction processes and standards.
- To prepare weekly/monthly planning report.
- Maintain records register file for drawings, decisions, checklist, joint records, delay register, monthly approvals etc as per company SOP.
