Job Description:
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Civil Engineerto lead and manage construction activities for our real estate projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for execution, quality control, coordination, and timely delivery of projects while maintaining high construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of residential/commercial projects from foundation to handover
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Review GFC, RCC, and architectural drawings and resolve site-level issues
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower deployment, and material planning
- Ensure strict quality control for RCC, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP coordination
- Verify BOQs, measurements, RA bills, and final bills
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal management
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance
- Prepare progress reports and participate in review meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 612 years of relevant experience in real estate construction
- Strong expertise in RCC execution, finishing works, and site management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Excel and project reporting
- Ability to lead teams and handle multiple stakeholders
- Strong decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills
