We have a requirement for Senior Site Engineer for Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. Please find below the job details:
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain continuous site progress
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and project requirements
- Ensure implementation of site safety practices and address unsafe conditions or deviations promptly
- Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work for billing, certification, and progress tracking
- Review construction drawings and resolve routine site-level technical issues in coordination with consultants and project stakeholders
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, progress reports, and material consumption records
- Support project completion, snag rectification, and closeout documentation activities

Skills/Competencies Required
- Candidates should know Tamil/English/Hindi & Kannada
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Site planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring skills
- Team leadership and workforce management abilities
- Quality control and compliance with construction standards
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices
- Material planning, estimation, and inventory control
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments
- Proficiency in Google suit and project management tools
- Strong communication and reporting skill
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
