Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution- End to end responsibility of the given portion of the project.
- Supervise and manage daily site activities including labour, material and equipment.
- Experienced in RCC, Shuttering, reinforcement, waterproofing activities
- Ensure that work is carried out safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor and control the progress of the project, report any deviations or issues to the Project Lead
- Maintain and update records of project activities, including daily site reports, material delivery
records, and labour time sheets
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution,
verification of contractor's bills
- Assist in preparing project schedules and budget estimates
- Ensuring compliance to safety guidelines, creating safety related awareness on site.
- Prior material management for smooth progress of the project.
- Timely handover of flats with good customer satisfaction.
