Senior Civil Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Civil Enginee to lead execution of our residential projects from ground-breaking to handover. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, timelines and cost control across all civil activities on site.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Project Execution & Site Management*

- Oversee day-to-day civil activities for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works

- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution

- Review and interpret architectural, structural and GFC drawings

*Quality, Safety & Compliance*

- Ensure work is as per IS codes, approved drawings, and company quality standards

- Conduct regular quality checks and material testing

- Enforce site safety norms and ensure compliance with local authority regulations

*Planning & Costing*

- Prepare and track bar charts, MIS reports, and weekly/monthly progress reports

- Monitor BOQ, billing, and cost control. Minimize wastage and rework

- Manage contractor billing, RA bills, and material reconciliations

*Team & Stakeholder Coordination*

- Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors and contractors

- Liaise with clients, consultants, PMC and statutory authorities for approvals and inspections

- Resolve technical queries on site and provide engineering solutions

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- *Education:* B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. http://M.Tech preferred

- *Experience:* 8+ years in residential high-rise projects. Experience with RERA projects is a plus

- *Technical Skills:* Strong knowledge of RCC structures, formwork, bar bending, waterproofing, and finishing. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel

- *Soft Skills:* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
