JD: SENIOR CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER – Land Development & Subdivision

CIVIL 3D SOFTWARE EXPERT: Civil Engineer for Project Design work requiredfor our North American clients using CIVIL 3D software. Expert knowledge of Civil 3D software is a must.

Cleardraw Services (a division of Chittlesoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a leading provider of offshore CAD services to global civil and environmental engineering industries.

Responsible for: 

1. Preparation of municipal engineering designs using Civil 3D and other land development software.
2. Various preliminary engineering and detailed design activities, including earthwork analysis, road and parking lot design, site grading and pipe network (Storm, Sanitary, and Water).

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree
• 4-5 years relevant experience
• Advanced, Production-Level Civil 3D Expertise: You must be able to jump straight into production without software training
• Knowledge of Land Development and Highway & Road Design and Outsourcing experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Core Technical Skillset Required:

• Surface Modeling: Advanced surface creation, target mapping, volume calculations, and complex surface editing.
• Corridor Modeling: Expert creation of road alignments, profiles, multi-layered corridors, and custom assemblies for subdivision streets.
• Site & Lot Grading: Precision grading using feature lines, grading objects, and grading groups for residential lots and commercial sites.
• Pipe Networks: Complete creation and editing of Storm and Sewer networks (Plan and Profile views).
• Documentation: Production of flawless Plan and Profile sheets, cross-sections, and construction detailing.

Salary – CTC 4.5 - 5 lakhs/annum
