Hiring: Senior Cisco SDA Engineer (Contract Role)

Location: Noida, India (Remote)

Job Type: Contract (3-6 Months)

We are looking for 3 experienced Senior Cisco SDA Engineers to augment our enterprise network services team. This role focuses on Tier-3 incident support, operational stability, and special SDA use cases within large-scale enterprise environments.

Role Overview

Provide advanced (Tier-3) support for Cisco SDA Fabric environments, ensure operational stability, resolve major incidents, and manage complex SDA implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve SDA Fabric incidents (VXLAN, LISP, DNA Center alerts, ISE/TrustSec policies, wireless and performance issues)

Participate in Major Incident resolution, including on-call support

Execute operational changes such as Virtual Networks, IP Pools, Anycast Gateways, Fabric Ports, AP onboarding, and policy updates

Handle special SDA use cases including OT/IoT endpoints, legacy devices, and segmentation exceptions

Maintain Cisco DNA Center and ISE (monitoring, patching, backups, assurance troubleshooting)

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions

Collaborate with global network, cloud, and security teams

Required Experience

8+ years of hands-on SDA LAN engineering and operations experience

Strong expertise in Cisco SDA Fabric, VXLAN, LISP, ISE, and TrustSec

Experience integrating OT/IoT and legacy devices

Strong troubleshooting and change management experience

Agile/Scrum work environment exposure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
