Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Raipur for a Senior Chemist at CHAMPION CERAMICS PVT LTD. The Senior Chemist will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, conducting analytical procedures, ensuring quality control, and contributing to research and development activities. Additionally, the Senior Chemist will play a key role in process improvements and product testing to maintain the company's standards and innovation in ceramic materials.
Qualifications
- Strong Laboratory Skills with hands-on experience in handling laboratory equipment and procedures
- Proficiency in Quality Control methodologies and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data, conduct tests, and interpret results accurately
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and a track record of innovation in materials research
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Prior experience in the ceramics industry is an advantage
