We are looking for a hands-on Senior Chef Partie - South Indian who is ready to lead the kitchen and drive our culinary vision actively.

Role Requirements & Responsibilities

Professional degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts.

8+ years of experience in professional kitchens, with proven leadership.

Strong foundation in South Indian cuisine, with the ability to prepare multi-cuisine dishes.

Manages operations, staff, and workflow.

Sets quality standards and oversees kitchen operations.

Controls food costs, sourcing, and inventory.

Interview Process

Round 1: Communication, experience discussion, and introduction.

Round 2: Practical food tasting assessment.
