We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Ice Cream Chef to lead our production facility. If you have a deep love for frozen desserts and the leadership skills to manage a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily ice cream production operations
- Manage and lead a team of 20+ staff
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI regulations and food safety standards
- Maintain cold chain best practices throughout production and distribution
- Handle inventory, sourcing, and production planning
- Generate and analyze basic reports (Excel, Word)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI requirements, HACCP, or other local food safety standards
- Experience in cold chain manufacturing
- Proven leadership skills and team management
- Basic computer proficiency (emails, reporting, inventory tools)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Background in scaling production processes
- Experience in training junior chefs or new hires
- Understanding of cost control
- Strong background in Quality Control and sanitation protocols
- Handling and documenting food audits and inspections
