This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puducherry for a Senior Chef de Partie. The role involves assisting in kitchen operations, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with company standards, and ensuring food safety and hygiene practices. The Senior Chef de Partie will supervise junior staff, contribute to menu planning, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Collaboration with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience is a key aspect of this role.

• Proficiency in cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations
• Experience in food presentation, menu planning, and culinary creativity
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a similar role; hospitality sector experience is a plus
• Relevant culinary certifications or a diploma in culinary arts is preferred
