This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Checker based in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Checker will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy in detailed steel structure drawings, verifying compliance with project specifications and standards, and coordinating closely with the detailing team to resolve discrepancies. Additional responsibilities include quality control, assisting in project planning, and mentoring junior team members to maintain high standards in deliverables.

• Expertise in reviewing and verifying detailed steel structure drawings and interpreting project specifications
• Proficiency with industry-standard detailing and drawing tools such as Tekla, AutoCAD, or similar software
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients
• Experience in guiding and mentoring team members
• In-depth understanding of steel standards, codes, and practices
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a leadership or senior checker role in the steel detailing industry is preferred
