Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership, target-driven Channel Sales executive to build and scale our offline lead generation engine through strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in driving ₹50L+ monthly sales by sourcing high-quality leads via channel partners such as real estate brokers, home loan agents, and builders.

This is not a closing role, your success will be defined by lead quality, partner network strength, and funnel predictability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Management

  • Build and onboard a strong network of channel partners: real estate brokers, CPs, home loan agents, and SMB builders
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships to ensure consistent lead inflow
  • Own partner lifecycle: onboarding → activation → retention → performance tracking

2. Lead Generation & Revenue Ownership

  • Generate a monthly pipeline contributing to ₹70L+ in revenue
  • Ensure high-quality, conversion-ready leads aligned with DesignCafe's target audience
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-sale conversion

3. Data-Driven Planning & Forecasting

  • Analyze funnel metrics (lead volume, conversion %, partner productivity)
  • Build weekly/monthly sourcing plans to meet targets
  • Identify gaps and proactively course-correct using data insights

4. Market Expansion & Innovation

  • Identify new sourcing avenues beyond traditional channels
  • Experiment with innovative partnerships, local activations, and micro-marketing initiatives
  • Stay deeply connected to the local real estate ecosystem and trends

5. Field Execution Excellence

  • Be highly active in the field partner meetings, site visits, events, and activations
  • Execute localized initiatives to strengthen brand presence within partner ecosystems

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in channel sales / sourcing within interior design or real estate.
  • Proven track record of generating significant pipeline via partnerships (preferably ₹50–70Lakhs +/month)
  • Strong network with brokers, builders, or financial intermediaries is mandatory

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Built an active, high-performing channel partner base.
  • Consistently delivering ₹50L+ monthly sales.
  • Established predictable sourcing funnels with clear data visibility.
  • Piloted and scaled at least 1- 2 new sourcing channels.
