Your key responsibilities
Strategic Change Leadership
- Lead complex change initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and regulatory expectations.
- Shape and execute endtoend change strategies, encompassing impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training, and adoption frameworks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing clear, concise, and wellreasoned recommendations to support decisionmaking.
Programme & Project Delivery
- Oversee the delivery of large transformation programmes, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets are managed effectively.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and guiding teams through implementation.
- Apply structured change methodologies to ensure sustainable behavioural and process change.
Stakeholder & Communication Excellence
- Build strong, influential relationships with senior management, crossfunctional teams, Product, Operations, Technology, and external partners.
- Communicate complex changes with clarity, adapting style and messaging for diverse global audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive forums to ensure transparency and alignment.
Risk & Governance Oversight
- Ensure change initiatives meet internal governance, audit, and control obligations.
- Identify and mitigate changerelated risks, escalating issues proactively and proposing robust solutions.
Your skills and experience
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with deep knowledge of operational processes, controls, and regulatory expectations.
- Proven track record delivering large projects or programmes, ideally in a global organisation.
- Experience working directly with senior management, influencing decisions, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Core Competencies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills able to articulate complex concepts with precision.
- Strong criticalthinking, analytical, and structured problemsolving skills.
- Confident, decisive, and able to exercise sound judgement under pressure.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding capabilities.
- Operations experience (Ops governance, process transformation, operational readiness, controls) is a strong plus.
Technical & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications are highly beneficial, including:
- Prosci / ADKAR Change Management Certification
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- PMP / PRINCE2 or other project management credentials
- Agile delivery certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe)
- Strong understanding of banking products, operational processes, and fronttoback change cycles.
