Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South for a Senior Central Account Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving client retention and growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling services, overseeing team performance to meet business goals, and resolving escalated client issues effectively. The role also involves conducting periodic performance reviews, analyzing client feedback, and collaborating with other departments to enhance service delivery and align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or sales with a focus on customer-centric approaches.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical skills, proficiency in data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities to address client requirements.
  • Leadership qualities with experience managing a team and driving performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and other account management software is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to high-quality service.
