  • Regional Oversight
  • Oversee catering operations in Ahmedabad, Baroda, and Surat with regular travel to ensure on-ground effectiveness.
  • Service Promotion & Revenue Optimization
  • Promote catering services, identify growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Market Trend Alignment
  • Stay updated with global catering trends and competitive insights to align services with evolving market expectations.

Required Candidate Profile

  • 810 years of sales experience with 58 years specifically in catering or food service, including team leadership.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Open to frequent travel across Ahmedabad, Baroda, and Surat.
  • Must be available for face-to-face interviews.
