Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Career Counselor based in Delhi, India. The Senior Career Counselor will provide career guidance and support to individuals, helping them navigate career opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering career counseling services, guiding career planning and development, conducting personalized assessments, and ensuring students have access to resources that will enhance their career trajectory. The Counselor will also work collaboratively to develop and execute career development workshops and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in Student Counseling and offering tailored career advice
- Effective Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey ideas clearly
- Ability to empathize with and understand individual needs and aspirations
- Proficiency in planning and implementing career-focused programs and workshops
- Previous experience in education, training, or consulting roles is highly desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Career Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
